The 3000 Maduro is the dark side of the most popular Padrón in the lineup — same 5.5×52 robusto format, same Cuban-seed Nicaraguan puro foundation, same minimum two-and-a-half years of aging at Tabacos Cubanica in Estelí, but wrapped in a sun-grown Nicaraguan Maduro leaf that shifts the entire character of the smoke from clean and classic to rich and indulgent. Never had a bad Padron, and this particular one is no exception. I love the velvety chocolate flavors. From start to finish very enjoyable. Even burn, no burn issues what so ever. Padron knew what they were doing when they made this as a more of a daily smoke. Interestingly, this cigar is their “budget” cigar, however it is in some cases more favorable than other brand high end cigars. Very enjoyable

Just ordered some more, i always have the thousand series available in my humidor. Simply put, never had a bad one. This may be one of the MOST consistent cigars you will ever smoke. This batch i just received is perfect, because the wrapper seems oily enough, you can actually see smoke coming off of it. The flavor of Cocoa, and roasted nuts, and a slight sweetness are prominent with every puff. CD maintains their cigars well, so I really enjoy buying from here.

What can I say about Padron that hasn’t already been said. Every cigar is constructed perfectly, they burn so even that the numbers 2 and 4 gets jealous. The flavor is out of this world and good all the way down to a nub that burns your fingers and lips.

I really enjoy this cigar. This is one of those cigars I always like to keep in my humidor. As stated before l, never had a bad Padron, including the thousand series. Ultimately this is a rather strong cigar, full of cocoa flavor and complexity (IMO). I especially like purchasing it from CD, it always arrives fresh and we’ll maintained.
