The Exclusivo is the robusto of the Padrón 1964 Anniversary Series, and for a lot of serious cigar smokers it’s the first size they ever reach for in this lineup. At 5.5×50, it’s the sweet spot — enough length to let the four-year-aged Nicaraguan puro blend fully open up through three distinct thirds, and a ring gauge that keeps the draw focused and the flavors tight and defined. Padrón grows every leaf on their own farms in Nicaragua, ages everything a minimum of four years, and rolls each Exclusivo by hand at Tabacos Cubanica with the kind of construction precision that makes this line the most 90+ rated cigar series in the world.
The sun-grown Habano wrapper on the Natural is warm, smooth, and oily, immediately delivering coffee bean, cedar, and hazelnut before building into cocoa, earth, and a refined black pepper finish that lingers long after you put the cigar down. Double-banded, individually numbered, and built without a single shortcut. If you’ve never smoked a Padrón 1964 before, this is where to start. If you already know what this cigar is, you already know you need a box.

If you like aged tobacco, these are a winner. The 1964 is a great value for what you are getting. They have that amazing aged tobacco flavor profile and are as smooth as can be, yet still satisfying on a retro-hale. I could smoke these all day long…and on this website they are priced to be sold.

I rate this cigar at 93. Only difference between natural and maduro wrapper is sweetness. Without sweet wrapper the strength of the white pepper increased. Chocolate cocoa cedar and hazelnut undertones. Fast burn. I like higher Guage which I will try next time.

Aged to perfection. Excellent smoke with great aged flavor. I would smoke these every session if I could. Highly recommend

This stick is unreal. Definitely top of the line. It’s rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced from start to finish. Easy to grab and know you’re going to have a great smoke.

This 1964 Padron tasted like I was smoking a great cup of Joe, along with the flavor of a coffee dunked, dark chocolate cookie. Even a bit of nuttiness mixed in for good measure.
That is really all I can say.. This stick was fantastic!
Clean burn, those awesome flavors, and a lot of smoke.
It was a perfect smoke!!
Next, I really need to try the Maduro.

Great experience all around; burn, draw smoke and flavor. It had a rich tobacco flavor that I have not experienced in other cigars. It did not vary from start to the nub. I smoked the 1926 the next day and found I liked this series slightly better. I typically smoke lower priced but great cigars. However, I’ll be keeping these in my humidor for when I want a highly refined flavor and experience.
