Michael Herklots and Brendon Scott have kept this blend completely unchanged since its Nat Sherman days: Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper over a Dominican binder and filler, handrolled at the Quesada family's TABADEX factory in the Dominican Republic, mild to medium in body, and consistently excellent from the first draw to the last. Cedar, toast, cream, and a gentle nuttiness come through in a tighter, more compact package that runs warmer than the longer vitolas and pushes the flavor forward just a little faster as a result.
