Overall 86. What can I say about this cigar that has t been said. Not much other than I recommend it for the intermediate smoker rather than the beginner smoker. There's a lot of subtle flavor here that's super enjoyable. If you start here it might ruin the enjoyment of cheaper sticks like factory smokes for you. The ash was straight all the way through, cigars daily did a fantastic job aging this well. The flavor on my Cigars Daily Champagne beat the one from my local cigar store. I recommend a drier humidity for these and a meal before hand. Light and creamy does not mean weak in this instance.

An excellent cigar. I enjoy it in the morning with coffee. Every one is consistent and burns well without issue.

Classic CT Shade cigar. Like almost every PERDOMO, the experience elements (burn, draw, smoke, and flavor) are what you would expect. I understand why this would be a good cigar to start on. I have a few left for friends. I like some others better for a mild-medium strength cigar but highly recommend this one for anyone looking for a classic CT.

Great cigar, definitely box worthy!

Enjoyed this one quite a bit. Burn and draw were great. Flavor was nice and smooth, very creamy. Overall would buy again.

This is my second round with this cigar. Started about a year ago and as I have tried many connecticuts sinve the first time i smoked it this one felt one dimensional. Notes of cedar with a subtle sweetness and creaminess throughout. No real transitions. Not a bad stick, I would purchase again and keep a few stocked for friends/company.

As Iโ€™m smoking this. Iโ€™m thinking I should have just went to my go to acid kuba kuba but overall not a bad cigar. Nice draw

If you are buying this cigar, buy the box - you won't be disappointed. The construction is excellent with a nice creamy nutty flavor, the transition from first to second third is subtle and from second to final third there is a nice bit of baking spice, not too much but enough to keep you interested. Plenty of smoke with a nice thick creamy smoke texture which is fantastic. Smoked it all the way to the nub until I burnt my fingers! Notwithstanding the above, I have given this cigar 4 stars. The reason is that I have found that the band has been stuck to the wrapper leaf of the cigar and no matter how careful you are in removing the band it will tear the wrapper leaf. I thought this was an isolated issue, however, I have smoked 6 or so of these cigars from the box and it has happened with them all, no matter how close I smoke to the band or how carefully I try and remove it. This does not affect the flavor of the cigar but it just annoys me! Overall great smoke, the cigars arrived to me all the way in Northern Ireland in perfect condition, so a big thanks to CD for that!!

Iโ€™m not typically a Connecticut shade smoker, I like broadleaf and Mexican San Andreas, this one surprised me. I have heard so much about it and it finally peaked my interest to try it. I would say this is a great cigar to have a coffee with as it was smooth and creamy but wasnโ€™t as full of flavor as my typical cigars I enjoy.

I wish this was my first Cigar because it was incredible. I found myself puffing on this thing down to the nub. The flavor for me was outstanding I got a nutty flavor akin to peanut butter, and a constant sweetness even without a sweet tip. Hands down this has been my favorite Connecticut and will always have a place in my humidor.

I am pretty new to cigars, but this is one of my favorites so far.

After trying this for the first time about a week ago, I can honestly see why this is labeled as the best beginner cigar I enjoyed every second, from the cold draw I got subtle spice and some cedar, but during the entire smoke I got almost nothing but a nice creamy smoke and a lot of woods and I wanna say cashews? Iโ€™m still quite new to cigars but this definitely one of my fav Connecticut sticks rn!! A must try to new cigars smokers

Incredible cigar. Iโ€™m a seasoned pipe smoker, but a fairly new cigar smoker, this is probably my 20th cigar. Notes of cedar, nuts, cream. Very consistent, and great construction. I paired this with a glass of knob creek and it was delicious. I will definitely be ordering several more of these.

Great cigar all around. Nice smoke output, great construction and burn, and a very pleasant and mild flavor that pairs well with a cup of coffee or a beer.

As a beginner this was my favorite stick Iโ€™ve had great burn and smoke with solid flavor probably will be my go to cigar for now!

As a guy who prefers flavored/infused cigars, I am making an effort to try other cigars. This one was ok, but still not to my liking. Burn and draw were really good and the taste was mild, but still not as enjoyable has I had hoped. There are a few more non-flavored/non-infused that I will try, but Iโ€™m ok if they never become my cup of tea.
