This was honestly as close to a Cuban cigar as Iโd say Iโve ever heard of. It has this rich creamy undertones, smooth yet a slight leathery taste. And for the price it honestly canโt be beat. The only habanero type style cigars Iโd say can compete with this cigar would probably be my father le bijou and Herrera estelli habano. And those are way more in price than these. Great pairing with morning tea or coffee.

Unfortunately, all of the these had severe tunneling, even after 4 days in in my humidor. They held ash well, and had a great tobacco, to pepper, flavor.

I fell in love with the Charter Oak Connecticut cigar and that was the first box I bought. This Habano went above and beyond that for me. I like the more complex flavor in this cigar. It still has great construction and burned well, fixing a bad light at startup. This is one of those cigars that I like the larger toro size as anything smaller makes me feel like the experience is ending too early. My pallet is still new enough that if I don't get a flavor that stands out I feel I cannot speak on the flavor notes.
