I’ve smoked many premium cigars from Cubans to expensive lines like Opus X, Padron 1926, and Liga number 9.
This cigar somehow is the only cigar I rated 99/100. It’s very flavorful, perfect amount of nicotine, affordable price tag, and perfect construction. I have smoked in toro size and I am about to try robusto size as well.
Flavors I get are cedar, roast nuts, sweetness, coffee. I get sweet cinnamon and white pepper for the retrohale
This is an amazing cigar

Wouldn’t recomend unless you like to suck a golf ball through a hose. I would compare it to the Olivia Serie O great tobacco and would love to see what it tastes like. But even after poking it with a tool so there was a gaping hole through this stick I still had trouble getting a draw. It felt like the tobacco was actively expanding while I was smoking it and I could physically feel the clog moving with the burn.

Love this cigar. Definitely delivers smooth creaminess with hints of almond. One of my favorite Connecticut’s that I always keep on hand.

Mild isn’t typically in my wheelhouse, but I was impressed with this stick. The first third is all creaminess – almond butter with some confectioners sugar. Second third introduces some pleasant baking spice, while the final third adds some woodiness. Pair it with black coffee and you’ll be good to go! Quite pleased with the purchase.

Just started this wonderful hobby and received the Gran Toro in a sampler. By far the BEST one in that sampler. So glad I went for it. A close second was the Oliva Connecticut Reserve, but the Undercrown was the star of the bunch. So smooth and creamy, delicious and consistent, I loved it.
I have also tried some Macanudos, Factory Smokes and other Olivas and this bad boy is my favorite! Definitely will have a section of the humidor all to itself. Thank you CD!!!

I definitely felt like a king smoking this! I was almost at 2 hours on this toro size. Very dense stick. You can feel the weight of it and worth the price. Spice was nice and got more powerful by the end but never took over. Touch of cinnamon to keep it smooth. Main notes i got were dark earth, medium woods, almonds, and savory bread consistent and balanced and increased in strength. Lovely medium cigar!

Perfection of Connecticut Shade. Burn and construction were sharp. Wonderful nutty flavors and mild coffee. Loads of smoke production. One of my favorite Connecticuts.
