From Halfwheel’s website: Early in 2011 Studio Tobac will release it’s first regular production cigar: The Cain Daytona. Cain Daytona will stay true to it’s Cain roots with a “straight ligero” blend; but the Daytona’s ligeros will be entirely from The Jalapa Valley. This type of ligero is less potent than most. Expect the Cain Daytona to be flavorful, refined, and elegant.”

Many wonderful blends have come from the Jalapa Valley. The Cain Daytona being one of them. This cigar carries traits from it’s Cuban-seed upbringing and plans on taking a spot in your humidor at home. If you haven’t had one yet, you’re missing out.

Neylon –
I thought this was an excellent cigar and I think I will add this to the rotation. Good flavor and an easy retro-hale. Great construction that could hold a long ash and had a very even burn. I can’t give it 5 stars because it was rather tight and I had to use a perfect draw on it, but other than that I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Had to keep evening out the burn in the first two thirds. Draw was good and so was the flavor. I thought it was just ok.
