Summary

Tom Lazuka has been co-running Asylum Cigars since the beginning, and for years this cigar existed exactly one way: you got one because Tom handed it to you. It started during the Sensorium blending sessions, when one blend came in a close second and Lazuka liked it enough to start carrying it personally. He smoked it. He passed it around. People wanted more, and he kept saying it was not ready. Then Colombian tobacco showed up in the right quantity, and Lazuka finally had what he needed to build it properly.

The Asylum Signature Series is the result: a 6x54 Belicoso Maduro, the first belicoso maduro Asylum has ever produced, blended by Christian Eiroa and rolled at the CLE factory in Honduras. The blend is intentionally undisclosed beyond the Colombian tobacco component, which is exactly the kind of move that makes you want to smoke it more.
