I received my first Wren in a sampler and it became one of my favorites. Only bought 10 more since my humidor won't hold the box! This is a very flavorful but creamy cigar. I love the box press, the draw, burn and smoke on this cigar. My second was just like the first. This has kicked off an exploration of the rest of Blackbird line.

Bought a couple of these to try back in November. Been sitting in my humidor, and finally fired one up this weekend. Agree with others on the buttery smoke texture. Was a nice smoke and will probably grab a five pack.

Unfortunately I must have gotten a bad one. I couldn't get it to stay lit, and a lot of tar coming out of the end. I also bought the unkind and crow from blackbird..... Unfortunately I had the same issues with those as well. I had them in the same humidor as many other brands and have had no issues with the other cigars. I'm probably not going to pick up another blackbird anytime soon.

Excellent blend and flavors. 10/10! Buttery, floral and notes for milk chocolate covered peanuts.

A wonderfully mellow (but not wimpy) smoke! I have a real thing for great construction, and this stick surely is that. Love those box presse stogies. Rich delivery with (as many have said) a creamy, buttery finish. Got one in an assortment and decided to buy a box. Great smoke!

Excellent stogie, although I do love the cigar, the cigars daily edition of it is the best and once you smoke this version, you wonโt be able to smoke the regular one.

Iโve had a few of these and theyโve been awesome. The flavors that come through are the woody, nut, coffee, and baking spice I enjoy. The construction has been spot on - great burn, perfect draw, and plenty of smoke production. I do have to take my time with them because I get a nicotine punch. Theyโve been fantastic to pair with coffee, stout beer, bourbon, and Scotch. Itโs been very enjoyable to sit back with these and enjoy the Fall weather.

I was really looking forward to this one. I got a bad one. Pouring tar out the back. Even Steve Saka agreed I got some rotten tobacco. It's a shame, everyone seems to really enjoy them. I'm just lucky I guess.

At 65% RH, this cig produced great smoke, burn, ash and draw. I can honestly say this is one of the best CD editions I've tried. Great notes of Chocolate, earth, slight coffee, with sweet rich flavors from beginning to end! Definitely buying more of these sticks when CD restocks, to keep in the Needone.

Man oโ Man what a tasty buttery treat. Itโs creamy, sweet and rich tobacco tastes. I mean I get coffee nugget sweetness, at the end it was a strong nicotine buzz, you can feel the lijero towards the final 3rd. This ones definitely different than the original born has more flavor. Burns faster to like less tightness despite it being a loosely box pressed cigar. Thank god I purchased a box signed by both cigar makers. Thanks guys

Delicious mouth feel. Lucious creamy smoke. This tastes like a Mexican San Andreas wrapper coated in kerry gold butter (unsalted). Long, unsalted butter and pistachio nut finish. Floral nutty components to the retro. I would buy a box unseen/untasted if it came in a narrower vitola- corona gorda or lonsdale. Similar to the la aroma de cuba reserva, but smoother and easier to smoke. Did I mention the butter? Spice? What spice? Butter. Buttah!
