The Padron Series Maduro is a benchmark of Nicaraguan craftsmanship—rich, flavorful, and unmistakably Padron. Each cigar is handmade in Estelí, Nicaragua, using sun-grown Nicaraguan tobaccos aged for over two years to achieve the brand’s signature balance of depth and refinement.
The Maduro wrapper, naturally fermented to a deep chocolate hue, adds bold character and natural sweetness to the blend. The first draw greets you with notes of dark cocoa, espresso, and earthy spice, unfolding into a smooth, creamy body with hints of cedar and toasted nuts. The finish lingers with a touch of sweetness and a perfect burn, a testament to Padron’s unwavering attention to quality.
Medium to full in body and brimming with flavor, the Padron Series Maduro is as timeless as it is satisfying. Each cigar delivers the consistent excellence that has made Padron a household name among cigar lovers—rich, complex, and effortlessly smooth from start to finish.

I’m an older guy that didn’t start enjoying cigars until about 2 years ago or so. I’ve come to enjoy cigars daily. (Pun intended). Several months ago a friend turned me on to the Padron 7000 Maduro. I immediately loved the cigar. At this point in my short cigar smoking career this is my top smoking choice. I’ll be stocking up more soon.

Over the past year I’ve tried a bunch of cigars from light to heavy, tiny to massive. Padron maduro has become my go to. The 1964 is my favorite of all, but the 7000 has so many of the characteristics- great burn, even draw, rich flavor without being overbearing. At this price point I haven’t found anything better. And the gordo shape is just right. Smaller rings are amped up more which I don’t prefer.
