It is what it is…a nice cheap inexpensive cigar cutter that does the job it was intended for. I’ve had this for about 2 days and have cut around 10+ cigars with it already with friends/family. The cutter itself is nice looking especially with the sleek looking backstop except it literally cuts itself short although you can easily re cut if needed. The cuts are clean and the backstop definitely helps but most of the time you might need an extra slice. For a budget cut these blades are very sharp and actually don’t squish the cigars like other cutters you would get for free or cheap at an actual shop. Only problem I had is that when you close the blades it feels a bit stiff and stutters but if you “cut it like a man” you will have no problem. After a few cuts it definitely smoothed out so you pretty much can’t baby the cut or you’ll probably be stuck mid cut. Other than that it’s definitely a cheap cutter that is better than any other one you will most likely find at a B&M shop. Will definitely recommend this to other people and will pick up extras soon just to have for different occasions just in case I accidentally lose one. Nothing can go wrong with a cutter this cheap for the price.
