Iโve been looking for an inexpensive daily smoke for a long time. Finally found my daily after work go to cigar! Love the Maduro wrapper flavor. Nice construction and consistent burn. For a sub $4.00 smoke you canโt go wrong in my opinion.
Factory Smokes Maduro is a great daily smoke. I did discover (the hard way) if you use a straight cut it will unravel. Best to use a punch cut on these sticks. Nice even burn, rich taste, smooth on the retrohale.
Maduro Gordito is one of my favorites, with a good body and dark inhale. When I'm sipping scotch or bourbon on the rocks or a nice dark Guinness Draught Stout , this is the stick I go for. With good flavors, I taste coffee and leather. It reminds me of smell from my grandfathers pipe. Although it's a "bolder" stick, I still find it to be a smooth retrohale.
As a working blacksmith, these are perfect for the shop where I'm multitasking, but want to enjoy a smoke while I work. Good flavor and good enough construction for a working man's cigar, and the price is right for a daily smoke.
For a budget smoke I really enjoy these.Nice even burn and Maduro flavor. They make a good cheap every day cigar. They taste better after a month or longer in my humidor. I recommend.
I usually go for the Maduro in the Toro size. However, the flavor profile from the Gorditos has a little more to enjoy. Im also not needing to touch up as much, and the burn, so far, has been pretty even for the 3 or 4 that I've smokes since receiving them. As far as an Every Day Smoke, absolutely a great choice that won't break the bank.
Flavor was better that I expected for the price and the burn was even to the end. This stick definitely hits above its price range and, will be a good cigar just to keep in the humidor
Started falling apart from the start I was able to save it. It turned out to be a very enjoyable smoke.
Just got my first pakage from cigarsdaily.com, great maduro and so cheap . Sweat tasting tabaco
This stick was phenomenal for a budget stick.
Great construction, burn, draw and tasted pretty good too. I highly recommend this stick.
This is one of my new favorite sticks.
This is my relaxing after work stick. After having a rough day, I light one up with a beer and de stress. I had some issues with the burn on some but for the most part solid. For me the taste is good from stick to stick. It's a perfect stick for a pipe fitter budget.
I enjoyed this 3 dollar stick more than most 6 and 7 dollar sticks I own. Will be trying other bundles in the future.
Just got a bundle of 25 yesterday. At 3 bucks a stick you canโt beat the price. Burn is nice an even. Flavor seems lighter to me. If you are looking for an any day ending in Y smoke check this out.
I smoked this cigar when I was โdevelopingโ my palette so I canโt exactly describe the flavors as much as I want but it is definitely a good tasting cigar. The flavors I got was just a little sweetness and some wood type of taste which were excellent. The strength is a medium to full profile. The only problem I had was that it started to unroll from the foot after the first โ3rdโ and the cap came off and unrolled a little too when I cut it but that part was due to my negligence on cutting it a little too slow and deep. Definitely a problem that was not caused by cigars daily at all, and since itโs a budget stick I didnโt mind. Duds do happen in almost anything you buy so I understand that that it was probably just a problem that happened when it was being rolled. Other than that itโs definitely a daily smoker.
These 6x60โs somehow is different than the 6x52โs. Totally different . They almost taste like they have a dipped cap. The smoke is not as good as the toro even though that seems unlikely. The retro hale is harsher, the output is strained, they canoe a lot, itโs like Iโm smoking my favorite EDS but in the twilight zone. Theyโre more like your grandfathers cigar than the toro Iโm use to. The flavor profile has been changed, and not for the good, like the blend isnโt consistent to the toroโs amounts of types of leaf used to make it. Iโd have to drop the rating on the Gordito and say that if you want a better blend of the drew estate factory smoke youโll have to smoke the toro.
Not the best cigar in my humidor but pretty dang good for the money burns pretty good not bad taste in flavor will buy again
Just not a huge fan but for the price its not bad. Had some lighting issues and a tight draw but the flavor was good.
For a newer cigar smoker I found this to be the best way to try a Maduro without spending a ton I enjoyed the cigar except for the amount of tobacco that entered my mouth due to it being a short cut tobacco but overall not a bad stick
I feel with this cigar your going to get what you pay for . I got 2 of these . Itโs not by any means my favorite cigar but itโs not that bad. Itโs not your local gas station white owl but itโs cheap . A few touch ups while smoke but hey Iโm smoke a 2.50 cigar however what I was most a turn off for me was it had some squishy soft spots .
Loved the robusto size of this blend. This size didn't give very good flavor. Had a nice even burn all the way through though.
After trying Drew Estate Tabak Especial Dulce Robusto (5x54) which me and my dad loved i wanted to try something else from Drew Estates but after one puff my dad refused to smoke anymore and I agreed with that these are the first cigars I just threw away now I have 23 more to figure out what to do with.
