So for 2026 Diesel came back with Burnt Ends, the second release in the series, and if you know anything about barbecue you know burnt ends aren’t the leftover scraps. Justin Andrews and the team at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez in Estelí built this 6×54 Toro around Pennsylvania Broadleaf, a wrapper grown from Connecticut Broadleaf seed in Lancaster County that brings a darker, earthier, more intense character than anything coming out of the Connecticut River Valley. The result is a medium-full smoke loaded with charred oak, leather, black pepper, and a dark sweetness underneath that ties the whole profile together. Ten to a box at $7.50 a stick. This is the cigar you bring to someone’s backyard and end up being the most popular person there.
