This is an excellent tumbler. Whether drinking coffee or something cold, it keeps it the right temperature for a long time. Plenty of time to enjoy whatever cigar I’m smoking. Plus the logo looks cool and I can rock my CDN loyalty wherever I go.

I love repping Cigars Daily, but this tumbler is very far from perfect to say the least. Firstly, the lid never gets a good seal. I end up spilling my drink on myself half the time I go to take a drink. When the lid does seal, it’s hard to drink out of it because of the shape of the hole where the liquid is supposed to come out of. A lot of the times the liquid doesn’t flow out of the tumbler in a steady stream. Also, the tumbler realistically holds closer to 12-14 ounces than 16. 16 is definitely a stretch if you don’t want water pouring out when you put the lid on. Also, the metal rim on my cup has started to rust a bit. I really wanted to like this, but this tumbler is likely to be relegated to “every one of my other cups is dirty” usage.

Alex, thats terrible man! I just don’t think I can leave you with such a bad experience with our Cigars Daily Mug! I use mine all the time, and the experience is night and day different. I am going to reach out to Customer Service and ask them to send you another mug. I hope that it helps make morning coffee experience (and Cigars Daily experience) better and better.
