The last time i had an Italia might have been 2008. At that time it was the most spicy of cigars i had had. I’ve grown quite a bit since then but it still holds a special place with me. This time i was able to appreciate the smooth natural vanilla sweetness and burnt earthiness. I also enjoyed the subtle cacao and rustic rich leather. I was hesitant to revisit such an old favorite but i’m very glad i did! It hasn’t lost it’s charm.

Beginning taste was great. It mellowed out an inch in until halfway done. Last half’s taste was the same as beginning.
