Alec Bradley Safe Keepings Robusto (5×52)
$12.30 – $265.67
The life of a cigarmaker is akin to that of a chef, toiling around day in and day out, trying to achieve the creation of a perfect recipe. Cigar blends, like recipes, are sometimes forgotten about and fall into the abyss. Enter Alec Bradley Safe Keepings, the first discovered recipe ‘safe kept’ in the Alec Bradley founder’s blend book. Nicaraguan leaves from the most prestigious fields of Nicaragua’s regions of Esteli, Condega, and Jalapa have finally been brought together to present to the masses in this medium – full bodied gem of a Nicaraguan puro with notes of pepper, spice, and cocoa.

Just not for my palate. I found this stick to be bland and lacking complexity. I do get the note of cocoa in the beginning. It slowly goes downhill with a dry and aired draw with a metallic mineral taste towards the end.
