A quote from Alan Ruben, from Alec Bradley’s website, “Alec Bradley Magic Toast got its name on a night forever etched in my memory. That’s the night, I saw for myself, by flashlight, a crop that was beyond belief. Tobaccos I knew we would find a
special project for. Under the stars, we cracked open a bottle of very special whisky and proposed a toast to our future. Magic Toast was born that evening. Along with a ritual. Toast the end of this
cigar. Celebrate its beginning. And enjoy the magic!” – Alan Ruben

I really enjoyed this stick! Medium to full bodied for me. Great flavor. Great burn. It got better and better as time went by. I enjoyed it with a few beers out on the golf course. I will be ordering more of these!

3 stars only because of flavor, beauty of the wrapper and band. One of the worst draws and wobbly burns I’ve had on a cigar. Have gone through 2 now and both had the same wobbly burn. Very disappointed in this one.

I was looking forward to smoking this cigar, I bought one before buying a quantity to see if I liked it, I left in humidor for about 2/3 weeks before smoking. Wasn’t to pleased w/ it. Found myself constantly touching cigar up w/ lighter. Packed a bit tight, taste was “OK.” Maybe, I got a bad one. Wouldn’t buy again, positives, it had a nice band around it, made it look fancy lol

Purchased a 5-pack of these and have smoked four so far. I’ve enjoyed each one. Great construction and burn–only had to touch up one of the cigars during the final third. Really enjoyable smoke. Definitely a keeper.
Yonni Lopez –
Great cigar! The flavor is fantastic and this thing put out tons of rich smoke. I will definitely be buying more.

Had to touch this one up a few times but it had some good flavor. Overall a good smoke but wouldn’t be something I’d seek out in the future.
Jeremy Plunkett –
Really enjoyed this cigar. I honestly compared it to the Alec Bradley American Sun grown but with little to no spice in the final 3rd. Overall great stick with a great price point. Blind buy/box worth cigar!

Medium bodied with vanilla, coco, leather flavor notes. No spice which i enjoyed. Reminded me of Crowned heads La Careme with less cocoa notes. Great burn and draw was a bit tight. Overall, I think this is a great beginner cigar. Would recommend it to friends who dabble in cigars but may leave experienced smokers wanting a bit more in the transition department. B+ to A- smoke.

Great notes. Burn is a little wonky but not too bad. Needs a few touch ups. Interesting enough. Would buy again

Very nice, sweet, just like I like it. Good price and definitely worth a try if you haven’t already.

This is a great cigar for its price. Mine put out smoke like a chimney which I don’t mind at all. Had wonderful flavoring but definitely on the medium to strong side. This may be a little too much for a beginner but all in all a good cigar.
PeterPresby –
What a dud. Packed so tight. Burn issues from light up til the halfway point. These are exceptionally overpriced for the hassle involved in smoking them.
I’ll be keeping a close eye on the remainder of the cigars from this manufacturer in my stash.

amazing smoke got nice pepper on the retro a flavor note of chocolate covered raisins, earthiness, and a hint of graham cracker absolutely amazing.

Great stick. I’m pretty new to cigars and don’t have the most developed pallet, but this cigar is tasty. I was able to get a little bit of burnt toast, but mostly chocolate creaminess. I have yet to have a cigar that holds it’s flavor profile like this one. I smoked it until my fingers burnt.

One of my top three sticks I have smoked past year. I get a lot of chocolate notes with it an dburn and flavor very consistent from start to finish. If I didn’t know, I would think this was infused.
Paul Romero (verified owner) –
Very rich.
Not my preferred kind of smoke but I’ll give it 5 stars because I had zero issues with any of it. Just a bit too sweet for me.
The flavors were great, though. Lots of cream/vanilla/coffee with some kind of fruit note that I can’t quite put my finger on. Some kind of dark berry, I suppose.
I expected construction/burn issues, based on reviews but honestly, it burned perfectly for me! Draw was great, as well.
Might buy some more to hand out to friends who have taken an interest in cigars.

The only thing I didn’t like was the draw being tighter than I enjoy. Regardless, the cigar is still worth the cash (especially since I prefer mine on the more loose side).
