Always quick delivery I’ve ordered multiple times and I’ve never been upset. Never seen a bad cigar never seen a crack. Nothing. Sign up to their email. You’re gonna get some good deals and fill that humidor. Help support your local brick-and-mortar, but don’t forget you got Bills to pay too. Also, if you got any questions, these are the people to call. They actually care and they’re very knowledgeable. The only thing you must do is start demanding them to make some Cigar daily hoodies because I’m tired of not having one keep up the good work.

Since the nearest cigar shop is twenty five miles from our home I was more or less forced into buying online.
There were two online outlets that I went to mainly due to popularity.
I'm not sure how I came across Cigars Daily. Today was my 3rd purchase. There is absolutely nothing I can say negatively about them. The cigars I've ordered are class "A". What sold me was the fast shipping. They are my go to and happy to spread the word when I can. Semper Fi

Been ordering cigars from Tim's place for a short while now. The website is easy to use, the prices are great, and lots of discounts and bonuses that really make sticking with CD worthwhile. The cigars are delivered quickly and the packing is fantastic - they always come with a humidifying pack or two as well which I can then throw in my humidor.

If that was it then it's worth the 5 stars. Tim gets a sixth for all the fantastic content that I found on YouTube and is replicated on CigarsDailyPlus. As someone newish to the cigar world, these videos have been an incredible resource. Cigar reviews, lessons on how to smoke cigars, interviews with the best producers in the business, and so much more. Tim is a natural at this, fun to watch, filled with really helpful info. Also, he just seems to love what he does and it comes through - the content, the website, the product. Not to mention he's even got his own stogies.

Tim, thank you. We need more of you in the world. Looking forward to one day stopping by and saying hi if I'm ever in your neck of the woods.

If you're gonna get cigars somewhere, why not get them from someone who puts their heart into it? Just my $0.02.

Cigars daily is awesome! They have a great variety of sticks to choose from all at great prices. Whether you're at the lounge or ordering online the customer service is excellent. I received my most recent order pretty quickly, which I appreciate. Everything was bundled up (with humidity packs included) to protect it along the way. I highly recommend them for your cigar needs.

2 days to Hawaii?! I’m beyond impressed. I didn’t see that my address was incorrect until after I placed my order. It was fixed and my order was shipped out that day without any problem and I spoke to a HUMAN!!!! Most cigar companies don’t ship to Hawaii after an idiotic law passed, but Cigardaily came through and blew my expectations out the water!!!! I've bought cigars from here about 5 or 6 times and every time they have been shipped to me earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I'm still new to cigars so I probably lean towards the infused/sweet ones. I love the variety and detailed information provided. It has become a very relaxing experience to light a stick after a long day. You guys are great! Thanks!

At a reasonable price, I pressed the buy button. I will enjoy this after storing it in the humidor for a few months. It arrived well packaged.

I wanted it shipped overseas. The person in charge here asked me to verify my legal age and I followed the procedure. Thank you for your quick and friendly response. Overseas users will be able to use it without any burden.
I recommend it.

Cigars Daily is my go to for virtually 95% of my purchases. Tim and crew Rock! My latest order was placed last Friday 8/22 before noon, it shipped the same day just after 1pm and arrived with Monday’s mail. They always offer free shipping on orders over $99.00 and every order ships with a humidity regulator pouch. What’s not to love about this company?!

Cigars Daily customer service is above and beyond!! After placing my first order for cigars, I emailed immediately to see if I could modify my order and exchange for a different cigar I really wanted to try. I was hoping my request would go through prior to shipping (order was placed during the weekend). Sure enough I got an email reply from Terrence, they were able to accommodate my request and exchanged the cigars before my order shipped. That was awesome, thank you Terrence and Cigars Daily!!! I've been enjoying cigars for about 5 years now. When I first got started, I knew absolutely nothing about cigars, then I found Tim. Tim without a doubt helped shape my knowledge of cigars and the industry, so much so I convinced my wife and son to go the Phoenix just to visit CD and meet Tim and the crew, and we're from Atlanta. It made for a great weekend trip!

Tim's CD Live's are where it's at. If you need too know the ins and outs of cigars, this is the place to be! Watch his live events every Monday night, watch his previously recorded reviews and videos, that's where you'll learn the most. Thanks for helping to make my journey very enjoyable Tim. Had a great time visiting AZ and the CDHQ!

I have ordered on line ,been to their shows and enjoyed cigars in the lounge. All the staff are personable and friendly. The humidor is large and has a very good selection. If you don’t see it ask. They have more “in back” sometimes. I enjoy supporting local small businesses when I get the service and value I expect. They check both boxes.
This order is the first I have had shipped and it was to my house in a day. Fast service and the package came with a humidification pack. I don’t recommend places easily but this place has earned a good review from me. The only thing I would say is I wish the lounge was opened a little later.

What an Amazing shop. I popped in while traveling on a Saturday to taste some of their local cigars and hang out in the lounge. I had an amazing experience from the staff to the visitors, and some regulars. It was truly amazing how friendly and helpful Terence and Tim were, and that they care about each and every customer, even if you just came to look around. The regulars in the lounge folder me into their conversations like I belonged there. Anyone thinking of stopping by should make it a priority. I was not "sold" or pushed into anything yet they help me find things I would enjoy. From all the shops in all the states I've been to, I've never gotten as good and knowledgeable of service. I only wish they were local for me. Fortunately I can order more of the cigars I sampled and enjoyed. The daily edition Wren was good, but I was most impressed with the American Filthy Viking. Thank you Daily Dudes for an unforgettable experience.

Started out watching Tim on his cigars daily channel and i said what the heck lets order some sticks from the website. 3 orders later and everything always comes in good, nicely wrapped and protected with a integra or boveda pack. They come within a 2-3 days from order and i live in central valley in california. Thanks to everyone at cigars daily for helping build up my collection.

I just received my Mystery Sampler. I a super happy that it was 4 cigars that I have never had before. I often find it hard to stray away from the cigars I know and love. Walking in to a shop and wondering which cigars to try can be stressful. So to have this option that takes the guess work out of the equation is great. I look forward to enjoying all 4 cigars. Fantastic cigar lounge in Phoenix!
Came by on a Saturday to pick up a couple of Perdomo Legacy 6 Cigar Variety Samplers.
What a fun experience! Met Terrence and Ryan - both welcoming and helpful! Terrence is so knowledgeable and even nicer in person!
Their humidor is packs with so many options - all perfect and fresh. Stayed to smoke a few and had a blast. The interior is gorgeous with tons of comfortable chairs.
As a fan of Perdomo, I truly enjoyed the new Perdomo Legacy CT.
Not sure why it took so long to come by, but I am glad I did! I’ll be back soon!

Great place with great service. I bought a few things online and did not realize I was local. I called spoke to a lovely person named Terrance. He held my box for me practically all day so I could pick it up. My wife picked up the order. She said that she was treated very warm and welcoming. She left pleased with the service she received. Highly recommend for a cigar lover that loves stellar service!

I do have a cigar habbit and over the years like to smoke at least one cigar daily on my back patio in the evening before bed. Cigars Daily has been my go to store when purchasing Cigars online for years. Always delivered to my house within 2 business days from time of purchase. Cigars always arrive well packaged in a box, bubble wrap, and with a Boveda pack, including free shipping if you spend over 79 dollars. Great pricing and they are always advertising specials and providing discounts. My personal favorites are the sampler packs, which has allowed me to try something new, which is what smoking cigars is about also. This is the Golden Age of cigar smoking so jump aboard if you haven't already.

I recently made the drive from East Mesa to visit Cigars Daily after watching many of their YouTube videos. As someone new to the world of cigars, I was looking for a welcoming and knowledgeable environment—and this place exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, especially Terrance, who took the time to walk me through the features of the new Jetline V cutter. The humidor is well-stocked with a great selection of cigars, making it easy to find something for every palate. Despite the hour-long drive, I’ll definitely be returning to Cigars Daily for all my cigar needs.

Tim is great- knowledgeable and very personable with an incredibly inviting YouTube channel.
The cigars I ordered shipped fast, and you can tell they were well taken care of before being purchased...unlike some other big name online sites I've order from.

One of the things I ordered was the mystery pack, just to see what they would send, and I was pleasently surprised by the quality of selection.( one of which was the very first cigar me and my wife ever smoked together, which I couldn't for the life of me remember the name of.)
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the cigar quality, shipping speed and the overall experience Cigars Daily has provided to me.
