Dunbarton Muestra De Saka Unicorn (6.25×60)

Steve Saka spent years watching $100 cigars come and go — cigars propped up by gold leaf packaging, celebrity endorsements, and rare alcohol infusions that ultimately smoked like nothing special. He got frustrated. So he asked himself a different question: what if you spent every single dollar on the tobacco and the construction, and nothing else? What would that cigar actually cost? The answer was the Muestra de Saka Unicorn, and it changed the cigar industry’s understanding of what a $100 cigar could be. Saka designed the 6.25×60 Diadema Deluxe shape himself, carving the original prototype from hardwood on a lathe before commissioning 24 custom molds. He then sourced the finest Grade A+ Connecticut Broadleaf wrappers he could find and personally sorted through 6,000 pounds of Nicaraguan filler leaves cured and fermented over seven years — drawing tobacco from all four major growing regions of Nicaragua. Less than 2% of all the leaf sorted made the cut.

The cigars were rolled exclusively by two of the best torcedores in Nicaragua — Aristo Torres and Joseph “Chepita” Perez — whose combined experience spans over 50 years. Each finished cigar goes into an individual cedar coffin. The result is a 94+ rated, full-bodied Nicaraguan puro that earned Cigar Coop’s highest designation and proved beyond any doubt that when you put every resource into the cigar itself, the cigar wins. One thousand cigars originally. Now an annual limited release that sells out before most smokers realize it dropped.
