La Flor Dominicana Capitulo II Variety 4 Cigar Sampler

The Capitulo II is Antonio Gomez’s second chapter, an entirely new blend built around a Nicaraguan Colorado wrapper over an Ecuadorian Habano binder and Dominican long-filler tobaccos, pressed into the same patented box-pressed Chisel format that made Chapter I famous. Where Chapter I went dark and Brazilian, Capitulo II goes deep and oily with a profile of leather, earth, raisin, and spice that earns its 90-rating start to finish.

The Colorado Oscuro No. 4 follows with the same Ecuadorian Sumatra Ligero wrapper, Dominican Sumatra binder, and Dominican and Nicaraguan filler as its larger No. 5 sibling, but at 5.25 x 54 the smaller ring concentrates the wrapper’s floral character more directly, integrating the espresso and leather notes from the filler with more seamless precision. The Ligero Oscuro L500 Cabinet brings the biggest smoke in the sampler, a 5.75 x 60 Gordo draped in naturally darkened Ecuadorian Sumatra Oscuro that delivers full-body wood, dark fruit, and creamy spice across a long, commanding burn.

And the Suave Maceo closes things out on the other end of the LFD spectrum entirely, the brand’s mildest expression in a compact 5 x 48 Robusto format that proves Litto Gomez is just as dangerous when he takes his foot off the gas.
