West Tampa Red Toro (6×50)
$11.00 – $198.00
The West Tampa Red is the perfect example of a renowned blender, Rick Rodriguez, doing what he does best – blending complex and powerful cigars. This dark blend features a rugged Mexican San Andres wrapper over Nicaraguan binders and fillers. The resulting flavor is a classic yet delicately balanced profile with notes of coffee, leather, cocoa, and a signature San Andres wrapper sweetness. Fans of full strength cigars will enjoy every puff of this exciting new blend.

Leather, tons of cocoa, and a sweetness. Smoked it the day it came in the mail with no burn issues. Nice smooth draw. Very smokey. Great flavor. Cigar size is actually 6×52.

Holy crap! The best blend in the series! Rodriquez hit a home run here for sure. Dark cherry finish all the way through. My only negative is that it’s a significantly quick burner. Must be leaf placement or too much veso and not enough seco. But definitely recommend!

I had burn issues to the point I couldn’t enjoy it. I ended up not finishing it and put it down then grabbed a flathead 554.

Leather and cocoa through most of it. A little strong on the leather in the final third which is where it loses a star from me. (I know some out there like leather in cigars, and while I don’t dislike it, it’s not one of my favorites, or something I seek out in a cigar flavor profile) So, with that said if you are one of those people that does like it, than consider this a 5 star.

I didn’t like it, wasn’t awful, but not for me.

The only West Tampa I’ve tried. Sweeter than what I normally smoke but very good when you want something lighter. Will have to try the other West Tampa blends.
