A quote of Drew Estate Master Blender, from Halfwheel.com, “Since day one, Drew Estate has demonstrated that no premium cigar company better understands its team, and that the heart of the company is the production floor and factory. This is why I chose to work closely with the rollers responsible for the original Undercrown blend, and challenged them to create a Connecticut blend that would satisfy my palate. It was a long road, taking more than a year to develop. In the end, it was a very rewarding process, as finding a Connecticut blend to fit my palate wasn’t easy.”

First coronet sized cigar I have ever had. Great first draw, immediate cream and cocoa. Very fine line between keeping it lit and overheating, got bitter towards the end, but I also smoked it into my fingers. Clean burn, ash held on well, only washed it twice.
Took a full hour to smoke, I did let it go out once.
Definitely cannot rush this little guy, otherwise it will overheat on you.
I have a few of the same blend in robusto, so it will be interesting to see how they compare.

Great little smoke. Mild, not a ton of flavor, but there is definite coffee and light cream notes, as well as some pepper on the final third. Definitely recommend if you only have 30-40 minutes to relax for a cigar

I’m admittedly still relatively new to cigars (well coming back to them after a hiatus of 20 years) so maybe I’m still developing my taste buds but I was a little disappointed with these. Draw, construction and smoke production was perfect but not a great tasting smoke, a little bitter and bland. In comparison I think the Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Mini is a much better smoke (hopefully you guys will be stocking them in future).

Great short smoke when you don’t have an hour+. Will last around 15-20 min depending. Very creamy with hints of vanilla. Good even burn and great draw. Very great presentation with the undercrown shade tin. I love how they include a boveda pack with them to keep them fresh.

this was a good cigar, compared to the Liga Privada, it was not as good. Still had a good draw but not that much smoke out put or flavor compared to the Liga Privada. The construction was good and ash stayed in tact for the most part.

Very fair for the price but not a full cigar and it is very one sided as expected but a nice quick smoke.

Mild spice to floral finish.

I’ve been enjoying these as a sunrise smoke with my coffee. Hits the spot for a quick nicotine-caffeine day starter. My only issue is the construction starts to wane toward the end.

Great Undercrown flavor in a convenient short smoke! Construction is top notch as always from Drew Estate, my only complaint is every time I take the band off it takes some of the wrapper leaf off with it.

Enjoyable, but the Undercrown Maduros are a better buy.

These are a great quick smoke. They’re smaller than a black and mild in length and diameter. I thought they would be bigger, but they’re a perfect size for a 20 minute smoke. I was shocked that the construction, burn, and flavor were all just as good as the full sized robusto. The robusto is more hearty, but for a quick smoke I haven’t tried anything that can compare to these. If you’re a fan of any of the Undercrown cigars you have to give these a try.
