HAND CRAFTED IN ESTELI, NICARAGUA – The Rose of Sharon embraces a unique blend that will enhance the current Southern Draw Cigars core line including the Kudzu – Oscuro and Firethorn – Rosado blends. A very well-balanced cigar with Mild Body – Medium Flavor.
The natural cloud cover of Ecuador has supplied us with a prized wrapper, a velvety feel, gentle sweetness and a toasty burn, our beloved Nicaragua has gifted us with rich and elegant binder and filler tobaccos while the distinct Piloto Cubano of the Dominican Republic adds a dose of boldness and spice that allows this blend live up to its moniker. “She don’t know she’s beautiful!”

Right after the light up until the first half it had a bitter smoke that stayed in my mouth. There were little notes of pepper on the tip of the tongue and it had a light cedar taste all the way through. This wasnt a bad stick it just wasnt to my liking so I cant knock it for taste preference.

The first half was really good. Not what I expected from a Connecticut wrapper, but enjoyable. Cedar, pepper, and a cane sugar sweetness on the retro Hale.
Sadly, the cigar went sour on me about half-way through. It could have been my light up which wasn’t the best. But my friend was smoking his own Rose of Sharon with me and his didn’t have that problem, which was good!

Probably one of the best cigars I’ve smoked.

For those who enjoy a mellow, yet flavorful stick, I think anyone would be very happy with this. I absolutely loved it, and will definitely get again. It burned smooth and cool with a perfect draw, and solid construction. Mine lasted 1 hr 20 min, and was very pleasant all the way to the nub. A real winner, and decent value for the quality.

This is an incredible Connecticut that is very smooth. Slight notes of cedar and cream. The construction on this is awesome and the burn was perfect. Really enjoyed this cigar from light up to nub.

I thought it was just ok. I know this is a pretty high rated cigar but really isn’t for my taste. I’d smoke it if I was given one but probably won’t buy it a second time

After reading a lot of hype surrounding this stick, I was surprised to find out the Rose of Sharon more than lives up to it. If you’ve ever had one of those smokes you get lost in – where picking out profile notes simply doesn’t matter – this is it. Well constructed, smokes perfectly (burn and draw), and showcases a consistent creamy flavor. This one’s worth every penny!

I normally find myself grabbing the darker cigars. But hearing and watching the reviews of this cigar made me want to try it. This is one of my favorites now. A true relaxing stick that I can kick back and enjoy without getting slapped in the face with too much strength. The taste and smoothness of this cigar is amazing. Now I know why Tim is such a fan. Will be buying more of these for the humidor

Sad to say my wrapper peeled while taking off the bands which led to a re-light. Other than that, it was very smooth with a nice open draw. Wouldn’t say it’s a favorite but the flavor was balanced and enjoyable. Notes i got were sawdusty cedar, gin, black pepper, hints of floral, and a touch of earth. I liked that it wasn’t as earthy as some CT’s. I always love the character of Dominican Piloto Cubano and it really stands out here. I’d put this on my tranquil smoking list.

Outstanding smoke from start to finish. One of my favorite sticks. Great cigar for a beginner. Little pricey but a must have in your humidor. Love the creamy notes and light pepper notes. And being a woman I love the wrapper. Lol.

One of the best cigars I have smoked. Love this blend and keep returning to it again and again. The nub tends to get hot and a little harsh, but that is mainly due to the fact that I want to smoke this one down to very end.

Great cigar but I enjoyed the Lancero size better. Interested in trying the Lonsdale size once that restocks to see the flavor changes between another size

Mild to medium cigar with a very subtle spice. Notes of leather and earth with a little oak in the background. Great construction and thick white smoke clouds.

Beat Connecticut wrapper cigar I’ve ever smoked. Lives up to the review Tim gave on it. Will be ordering a box.

This is an amazing cigar, highly recommended. I seen all the high reviews but I didn’t expect it to be so good will definitely buy again.

Definitely not what I was expecting out of a Connecticut. The cigar opened up a bit bitter and unpleasant for the first 5-6 puffs in my opinion. After that, it started developing a good creamy flavor with a subtle black pepper note on the finish. After the 2/3, the cigar started to overheat and got very bitter. Overall, it was a pretty enjoyable stick and it is definitely unique.

Yet again, Swami Tim suggested and does not disappoint!
After a fresh V- cut the unlit draw give a hint of dried apricot, but vanishes after the the light. A super creamy smoke, very mellow and sticks on the back of the throat thick with a nice hit of cedar a bit of oak and just a touch of milk chocolate. Holding the smoke and rolling it around on the palate give a hint of baking spice and a wonderfully smooth and mellow pepper with spices on the retrohale. A lingering black licorice on the back of the throat and palate with even a bit of banana bread on the tongue after exhale. This is a perfect cigar with some coffee. I bought these based on Tim’s review and my wife’s name and favorite Hibiscus
Highly recommended. Box worthy and a perfect morning, or everyday stick
Fantastic!

One of the best Connecticuts I’ve had in a while great creamy almond notes with enough spice to keep you entertained.

I’ve heard a lot of this stick. The hype was real. Thick, creamy smoke. A subtle vanilla sweetness. Great cedar and a tiny hint of spice comes through. Great construction. Definitely glad I’ve got another one in the humidor.

It’s a good cigar, definitely worth the money. The box-press didn’t give me any issue. The closed foot, however, did give me a bit of an issue at light up. Not too much flavor change, but it was good to have in the morning without much food in my stomach.

Absolutely one of the best cigar experiences ever! The hype for this cigar is real. I heard about it from CD’s YouTube videos, and the fact that it is so well regarded despite not matching my preferred flavor profile compelled me to pick up a few to try. I generally prefer more robust sticks, but this one does not disappoint! This is an absolute box buy for me from now on, and I will be keeping these on hand for my family and friends to enjoy.

By far one of my favorite Connecticut cigars!
The flavor is excellent and on a good day i can experience hints of graham cracker when smoking it which is nice, over all the flavor is consistent and rarely changed from stick to stick and this is one that i would get more of for sure.
This cigar pairs great with my morning coffee or at work with an energy drink it in my opinion goes very well with just about anything. My only reservation is the difficulty sometimes of acquiring them as they are very popular.
In short, this cigar is excellent and it is one I find myself going back to time and time again.
