The Perdomo Legacy Nicaraguan Maduro utilizes 10-year-aged, dark, oily Cuban-seed Nicaraguan Maduro wrappers that undergo bourbon barrel aging for a minimum of 14 months. This luxurious wrapper is paired with a Nicaraguan Shade-Grown binder and rich Nicaraguan fillers from the Perdomo family’s most prestigious farms in Estelí, Condega, and the famed Jalapa Valley. This medium to full-bodied Nicaraguan “puro” delivers a perfect balance of semi-sweet chocolate and espresso notes on the finish, making it a decadent choice for any cigar enthusiast.

Wow, I am a huge Perdomo Army fan! Nick Jr hit a grand slam with this one. What’s crazy, the Legacy was done by Nick Jr , it still holds the DNA of all other Perdomo Cigars, Nick Jr did his homework for sure. Another top shelf favorite soon to join my many other Perdomos that take up residency in my humidor. Outstanding Nick Jr!

Excellent construction, stellar flavor and as with most Perdomo it does not have an overwhelming espresso taste that most Maduros have. Its balanced and delicious, not my favorite of the three in this line, but definitely my top 2. Oddly enough, i think the Connecticut edges this one out just a bit more for me, anyway, in terms of ranking my favorite Legacy cigars. There is a sweetness to this that is natural, does not feel forced and its balanced out by the new seed varietal that is in the binder. Expensive for me to have as a regular in my humidor but definitely one of those where you have at least a stick or two of one of the three wrappers on hand, still worth the price point if you can justify the $ for a box worth picking up and stocking
