Received my box a little over a week ago. I have to say, no one does anniversary boxes quite like My Father. The presentation of the cigars, box and packaging were all phenomenal.
This cigar punches a lot harder than the regular production JJ Series, tons of spice and white pepper up front. Lots of classic MF notes (woodsy, cedar, roasted nuts). The pepper still seems just a little abrasive to me. Personally, I think this is a great candidate for a year of age. I will be letting it settle for a bit and then will come back to it.

I do like the Pepin Garcia line but this one was a pepper bomb for me. For those that like stronger pepper essence, this cigar is for you. I only purchased 2 sticks not knowing what i would expect. The second stick will age for a while in my humidor for now and give it another try in 6 months.
