The Earth by Oscar is a Daily Edition Limited Production cigar that pulls out all the stops to create a balanced yet brilliant flavor for every aficionado to savor. The blend begins with Oscar’s famous Honduran Sun Grown Corojo wrapper leaf. The binder is from Oscar’s carefully curated Honduran tobaccos with fillers from Nicaragua and the Copan growing region in Honduras. You’ll only have to light one of these up to fall in love with the complex flavor that features notes of hearty woods, cooking spices, black pepper, cinnamon, a bright sweetness, and of course earth.

Wow!! This cigar is amazing. I smoked Leaf by Oscar and enjoyed it. This cigar I feel surpasses that.
The flavors are complex. A hint of sweetness and the “earth” note comes through and hits the palette. The construction and burn were both perfect.

I received my 5 pack of Earth by Oscar, and being the responsible Cigar enthusiast that I am I let them age (Ok, aged for about an hour). On initial light up I found a heavy spice, enough so that on my first retrohale i believe I cleared out any Texas allergens I may have had. But that quickly mellowed out into a nice mix of flavors. I spent the next 20 minutes trying to figure out the flavor notes. What I ended up with was just a WOW factor of 10. This stick is everything as advertised, I can’t wait to turn my friends on to this “find”. This is definitely going into cigar rotation. Thank you Tim and Co, great job.

The name of this cigar hits it right in the head. This stick puts rich earthy notes front and center, and for someone developing and learning their palate this might be the stick for referencing that “earthy” taste. I get this flavor grassy hay and oats with a very nice complementary light cinnamon spice in the back ground.

I didn’t get the deep earth notes that this is touted to have however, smoking through the band had the best orange/cream soda note that I wish was the whole thing! This was a solid medium to mild smoke that I need to smoke a few more times.

I ordered just one of these to see if they were as good as Tim said they were. Man oh man…. Was it a dessert. Tim was absolutely right. It’s a great stick. When you smoke through the band, it gives it a whole new flavor profile. I will be ordering more.

Garbage. I bought a 5 pack and every single one would barely stay lit with out pulling them like crazy, and would immediately go out if you weren’t. Couldn’t taste any flavor profile for that fact. I like the lead by Oscar but these have been nothing but a disappointing waste of money. The last one I tried to smoke frustrated me so much I ripped it in half and threw it in the garbage. Oscar valladares should be ashamed of this

Excellent! I love everything about this cigar it gives a very unique flavor and the band adds a boost of uniqueness when you smoke it. Tried both Toro and Robusto enjoyed them both but the Robusto has way more unique flavor to me than the Toro but i will buy both sizes again 20 at a time every time! Way to go Tim and Oscar!

Oh no!! Andrew, that’s terrible! It sounds like something went wrong, or at least I hope that’s what it is. The Earth by Oscar has had such a great reception form so many people that I would hate to leave you with such a bad taste in your mouth. I’m going to get the customer service crew to replace your 5-pack in hopes that you can get the same enjoyment form Earth as I have. Please accept my apologies for the bad experience sir! – Tim

Oscar Valladares (and Cigars Daily) really hit it out of the park on this one — it may be my new favorite. I love the flavor and earthy aroma, and others nearby have commented positively on the aroma as well. Great draw, and despite needing a few touch ups on the burn, easily earns 5-stars.
After smoking this out of a C.D. sampler pack, I immediately bought 10 more. Still trying to figure out a good drink pairing, though — gin & tonic was not ideal, LOL. 😂

Pretty good cigar. I stored it at about 67% rh, but it still felt a little dry to the touch; however, this didn’t make the experience too bad, as I still had a decent amount of flavor and consistency, like in Oscar’s Leaf blend.
