From DrewEstate.com, “Skillfully manufactured at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate, alongside the same buncheros and rolleros who create premium cigars, Factory Smokes by Drew Estate are economically priced due to their bulk manufacturing and less expensive bundle packaging. A handmade value priced line of cigars perfect for sharing with your friends on a Monday, mowing the lawn, washing the car, you know, smoke it, enjoy it, toss it if you must, then grab another.
From the Wynwood Safehouse, Jonathan Drew, Founder & President of Drew Estate, ‘Our expansion in the bundle business was a decision we did not take lightly. Bundles aren’t glamorous and the efficiency required to produce them effectively is not easily reached, which is why there aren’t a ton of entrants innovating in the value priced space. This is long overdue for Drew Estate, and when we reached the production scale required to compete we knew we wanted to do what we do, and disrupt the space with an innovative, deep value line of quality smokes for a broad set of thrifty individuals.'”

TRASH!! Don’t waste your money. Ordered a bundle and now regret it. I’ve smoked 3 of them and all had a sour chalk taste throughout. I took care not to smoke too fast. Each one took 1 1/2hrs to smoke. This isn’t a jab against Cigars Daily. The shipping was quick and the boveda pack is holding perfect at 69%.

I’ve now had a few of the 25 stick bundles of the Sun Grown Factory Smokes, and my friends and I love them. Best smoked after a couple days in the humidor at 72% (found the bitter smoke mentioned in the previous reviewer’s post when I opened from shipping and smoked it right away).
As a reference point, my favorite stick is a My Father Judge,, and I generally prefer full profile cigars, and my palate doesn’t normally pick up subtly. I find the Factory Smokes Sun Grown to have a nice, even flavor throughout that my wife finds a bit spicy, and I find it a bit more interesting than the Factory Smokes Maduro.
For the value that you are getting, I’d say it’s a better deal than picking up a Padron 2000. Just be aware smoke times can vary, but it’s to be expected with a Cuban sandwich. These are our go to cigars for outdoors and as “car cigars” riding around.

Smoked one yesterday and really enjoyed it. Even as I got into the final third the flavor remained really nice and the cigar did not heat up too much or get bitter.

Damn good cigar for the $$ I had my first one tonight and it didn’t let me down, held a massive ashand burned evenly throughout. This and the Maduro are excellent everyday smokes ????

Honestly I got it in a sampler, and I’ve always personally disliked sungrown, so I was expecting much, but this is is the best sun grown I’ve ever had. And I don’t mean best cheap sungrown, I like this more than any primo sun grown I’ve personally tried.

Love this stick. Flavors and smoke output. Had to relight 1 time. Went out kinda quick on me. Watching the Irishmen on Netflix. Seemed fitting for a cigar

Absolutely love these budget cigars.
Great for any time during the day.
I’m going to knock off a point for the construction of these cigars, however, the flavor is on par with 8 to 9 dollar cigars or even better.

Perfect stick for the graveyard shift. The Habano Sungrown had a perfect draw consistent taste through the first half all through the third half perfect burn awesome construction.

Great bargain stick! I read some negative reviews online but I thought this cigar had good flavor. It sat for 12 days after I got it in the mail and smoked great. Smooth draw, even burn, and tons of smoke. Great medium stick for any level of cigar smoker. It even held a pretty good ash for being a cuban sandwich.

For the price, you get what you pay for. The flavor is pretty generic to the Factory Smoke brand, and sometimes the construction is lacking. But overall at 2 bucks per stick, it enables me to have a daily smoke on a budget.

Simple and beautiful is the best way to describe this cigar. For the price point and size of this it is a good stick for any beginner or a regular enthusiast. The taste is a smooth sweetness that isn’t overpowering and has an earthy undertone on the retrohale. The strength of this is medium to full so it is strong but isn’t overpowering like a maduro can be at times. If you’re wanting something that’s a little more than medium strength then go for this one cause you get a tease into how a maduro feels but isn’t overpowered by the bold sensation you get from one. No issues with this stick in particular at all and had amazing airflow leaving it to burn evenly throughout and didn’t need any touch ups in the 45 minutes it took me to finish it from the initial light.

Very woodsy tasting. Light pepper spice, coming in more potent waves every once in a while. There’s a nice unsweetened black tea essence throughout the whole thing. Nearing the final 1-2 inches I picked up warm milk in the profile. Pretty good for $2! Might buy a 5-10 pack sometime.

Just had my 2nd stick of this and am not disappointed by the flavor at all but I am against a stronger profile cigar like this one. The flavor on this is a nice peppery tone at the start and then is met by a nice and strong “coffee” like sweetness taste by the 2nd third, but by the time you get to the last 3rd the flavors are perfectly blended together and you’re introduced to a bitter tea like flavor which compliments all the flavors individually. Overall the flavors of this stick are real nice and tasty especially on the retrohale, but like I said before I am personally not into a stronger profile cigar like this one but this was an exception since that stronger profile was able to make the flavors explode and make it unique. Will definitely recommend for any beginner cigar smoker looking to get into something stronger, and is also perfect as a stick to handoff to some friends or family.

Great stick for what it is. I’ve had several of the Factory Smokes and they have a little something for everyone. Whether a beginner or on a budget. Can’t go wrong with these.

Good quality cigar for your buck. It has a looser draw than I’m used to, but that made keeping the burn alive easier. It’s somewhat creamy but gains some pepper in the last half. It’s a cigar I’d be comfortable lighting right from the shipping box. It’s not a 5-star because the wrapper was a little crumbly, but the construction was still better than I expected.
