For many years Diesel Cigars have been a staple brand in the cigar world. Their rugged, full bodied blends are the John Wayne of cigars – they don’t take no sh*t off nobody! In addition to being highly reviewed, Diesel’s blends are some of the most commonly smoked blends among cigar enthusiasts. Now the Whiskey Row has added a new flavor to their diverse catalog. With tobacco aged in whiskey barrels from Rabbit Hole Distillery, you’ll get authentic whiskey notes without any flavoring or infusion.
Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask Toro (6×50)
$11.42 – $205.55
In the same line as the Diesel Whiskey Row comes a brand new blend that this time isn’t aged in bourbon barrels. The Sherry Cask is given it’s name for the way that it’s Brazilian binders have been aged in sherry barrels that contained Pedro Ximenez Sherry from Spain.

Flavor notes of fruit, chocolate, and pepper. On the retro I got cedar. Definitely medium bodied and smooth. Pulls good, plenty of smoke, and burns even. Whether with coffee or bourbon the fruit note pleasantly stands out almost like a jelly aftertaste. Definitely can hold a long ash as well. The cigar well made and I enjoyed the smoke start to finish.
