From Alec Bradley’s website, “#1 Cigar of the Year” “96” rating by Cigar Aficionado. Box pressed in the true Cuban tradition. Medium-full, with Honduran and Nicaraguan long-fillers procured from small yield farms. The Trojes Corojo wrapper provides power and flavor. A truly classic smoke.”

Notes of chocolate and coffee with a hint of sweetness. Creamy and delicious. Amazing smell from the Nicaraguan tobacco but I prefer them, still an amazing stick. Grab the sampler and this is included which is a heck of a discount and all four cigars are amazing.

Im relatively new to the cigar game, but I’ve experimented with many different cigars and this one in particular rests in my top 5 favorite cigars. Notes of dark chocolate, cream, and a very smooth finish through first, middle, and final third. A must try! For me, its a must have in the humidor!

Killer flavor on this stick. Very smooth flavors of chocolate and cream. The smoke output is perfect and the draw was spot on. Definitely an awesome smoke that I’ll be adding more of!

I’m well aware I’m in the minority here… but the Prensado is, to me, a bit “meh.”
It’s not horrible, but I’m not seeing this being a top cigar of the year in any year. But, it may be just the curse of CA’s top 25 list, because for whatever reason I’m never a huge fan of their #1 pick.
To me, flavors could be a bit more complex and construction has room for improvement.
Certainly not a horrible cigar, but not something I’d smoke again with so many other great options.

Interesting cigar with flavors of unsweet chocolate, wood, leather, cinnamon and spice. There’s a floral note to it, also a sweetness from the wrapper and a spicy peppery retro hale. Long pepper finish. Leaves a sweet spice on the lips. Somewhat nutty, and roasted coffee. Bright flavor profile.
