Rare and unmistakably complex, Partagas Cortado is a first for the brand. Two firsts, actually. It’s the first Partagas crafted in Nicaragua, as well as the first to feature a Connecticut shade wrapper. Composed of a meticulous blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos cloaked inside an Ecuadoran Connecticut-seed wrapper, each puff gives way to flavorful hints of spice and creamy sweetness, offset by a peppery earthiness.

Great mid-day smoke to enjoy with coffee and some sunshine. A little heavier on the pepper than I prefer, but to be expected with Partagas. Mild/Medium bodied with coffee and almond flavor notes. Worth trying!

Had this as my first cigar of the new year while watching Tim’s review of them. Had never had these before, & I absolutely loved it. Tim’s review was bang on with my experience although I didn’t have any issues with the wrapper cracking. I will definitely be going back to these & would definitely recommend.

To me just a basic Connecticut shade cigar with notes of vanilla cream/cedar/earth/wood and pepper. They also had a good burn & draw. I stopped smoking Connecticut’s years ago because they just don’t produce the flavor and body l long for. I only smoked this Partagas Cortado because it came as a sample of five with a box of La Gloria Cubana cigars l purchased. I will keep them in my humidor and offer them to any friends that may want to try cigars for the first time.

Good taste. Draw was tight.
