Sweet tip is the only reason this does not get 5 stars

It isn’t anything standout but the flavor is better than I expected from such a cheap cigar. I wish it said somewhere in the description that it has an artificially sweetened cap so I could’ve steered clear. It definitely leaves a gross taste on your lips

This is a very solid inexpensive cigar and I recommend the entire Flor de Oliva line. Construction is consistently good, although one cigar from the bunch started unravelling on me a little more than halfway through. The caps are well done, good draw, and the caps don’t fall apart as many cheaper cigars do. Here’s the quality control issue: the first two cigars out of my pack of 20 had sweet tips. This is not in the description, so I assume the 10% of sticks with a sweet tip is not an intended “feature.” Flavor is good (I prefer the maduro), kind of an unsweetened milk chocolate if I had to place it. These are a great choice to bring to a gathering of non-discriminating smokers, as it won’t hurt your feelings if a noob abandons it. Good for a fire pit or picnic or something where the point is the conversation and the merrymaking rather than the fussy connoisseurship of the smoke. Stays lit and burns better than anything else i’ve tried in this price range.
