hints of bitter chocolate and hay on the cold draw. I wanted more on the light up being that was a closed foot. I was looking for more sweetness but over all light up cool. Wasn’t perfect, the draw was a little loose for my liking. As the cigar began getting smaller the draw was getting better but not that much. It was a mild stick and kinda smooth with not very much smoke output. I wanted to love this cigar because of the reviews, the smell of the cigar was AWSOME before light up and the story behind it. At the end of the day it’s just an OK Cigar. Nothing to get overly crazy about the price point on it was good. Would I buy a box? Probably not but also keep a few resting in my humidor to see if they get better over time. Final smoking time was 1:32

I have smoked two of these now. Once straight out of a lounge humidor and the other in my home humidor for a couple weeks. Both times I have had major issues with the wrapper splitting. One of them I just took the whole outer leaf off and threw it away.
All in all, an average smoke. Light amount of smoke and it went out once even though I was using a heavier cadence to keep it lit. Although dry, the wrapper was very toothy.
The Connecticut on the label was very deceiving. It is not a light bodied cigar, so don’t expect that.
Decent draw and overall an ok smoke. I would rather smoke some I own for half the price than I would smoke this.

This cigar has a dark brown wrapper that feels like very dry wood. Small vein construction, not much of an aroma before light up. The “Cut and a light” kicks off with some dry hay harshness, don’t retro hale this until you’ve gotten down about an inch where it will get smoother. Theres earth, cedar wood, and pepper, and a half second of sweetness first on every draw, which is slightly tight and a medium smoke out put. The second third brings in some coco which did become forefront a few puffs, but fades quickly. The final third finishes with bitter strong black chewy coffee, black pepper that’s woodsy. The full body claim was seriously lacking and the nicotine level is minimal. Mine burned down sorta thin razor and slightly wavy but needed no touch ups. I wouldn’t pair this with black coffee but rather an sweet espresso. Nice white ash that’s slightly light grey, with very few darker spots, the ash will fall off at about an inch and a half.

The foot was ripped upon arrival, which was no issue but was a preview of what was to come. Nearly half of the wrapper leaf came off, as soon as I lit.
I never got to actually experience any of the flavors, as I spent the whole time puffing profusely on it, to try and keep it lit. Couldn’t get any smoke from it.
I’m sure this cigar is amazing (I REALLY enjoyed the Pasquale) if you get one that wants to stay lit and not fall apart.
I’ll order this cigar again one day, because I believe that the cigar I had was an outlier.

For the price, you really can’t beat it. It’s not as enticing and complex as a Mi Querida, #9 or Tabernacle but its a really good smoke.

This was an all around good cigar from the flavor, to the burn, and the draw. Smoked until I couldn’t hold it anymore. Paired great with Smoke Wagon Bourbon.
