When the 135 Anniversary came out a few years back, I was intrigued. In fact it was one of the first boxes of cigars I ever purchased. Before then, I ordered a lot of samplers and five packs as I was still trying to find out what kind of cigars I really liked. I knew I loved Oliva Serie V and so I took a chance buying a box. Ever since, I’ve loved these. The shape delivers a very unique smoking experience. The flavor changes pretty dramatically, opening very simply (but good) and developing more and more complexity as it goes. Be aware the taper is pretty small to begin with and the draw is tight because of that. But you feel it ease up fairly quickly as the burn moves up the cigar. As always, great consistency from cigar to cigar, and the flavor never disappoints.
