If the Triunfante is El Mago’s warm welcome, the Miami Maduro is the city at midnight. This 6×52 Toro is named for the hometown that shaped founder Nicholas Fusco’s family story — the Miami of Calle Ocho, Art Deco hotels, and Cuban exiles who built something extraordinary against the odds.
The blend reflects that same character: an oily, dark Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper draped over an Indonesian Sumatra binder and rich Estelí filler, delivering a smooth yet savory medium-body loaded with dark chocolate, sweet caramel, earth, and just enough spice to keep things interesting. No bitterness, no harshness — just a refined, well-executed maduro that punches above its boutique price point from first light to last draw. Like the Triunfante, it comes packaged in an individual tubo sleeve, making it as sharp-looking as it smokes.

I can see how this one has been selling out so quickly. I can probably say this is one of the best, if not the best cigar I’ve had in 2026 so far. The light up was so delicious. Strawberry jam, tangerine, and peach/apricot with a very floral punch on both the palate and retrohale. After the first third a raspberry sweetness joins it that just creates a flavor journey that is in my opinion, unrivaled. There’s so much to be said about the depth and complexity of this stick. Couldn’t resist to light one of these up after I received my order, and I was not disappointed. Box worthy S-tier cigars.
