Mayflowers were my first exposure to Premium Cigars. I bought them at the launch out of mere support of the execrable Michael Knowles. Up to then, my only experience with cigars came from the c-store counter and the ashtray taste it left. O how glad I am that I decided actually to try them. This has opened the door to real cigars and a whole new hobby for me.
The Dusk was the first experience with a full-bodied cigar for me. I was a bit overwhelmed on the pallet, but still extremely pleasant. The aroma alone made the experience. But the rich smoke and fantastic construction were kickers to an overall fantastic stick. You won’t be disappointed with either of the Mayflowers.

Very disappointed. Bought a five pack to try. They were consistent I must say -too bad. Very much on the bland side.

So for the big price tag here, I was expecting a little bit more. Certainly not a bad cigar at all. Not very aesthetically pleasing to look at, but nice medium plus strength and main finish of molasses cedar and wood. I would smoke again, but would not buy a box of these.

I really enjoy this smoke, I have had 3 of 5 pack I bought and gave one to my Dad to try we both really enjoy them! I’m enjoying one now as I write this. Very consistent smoke, flavor and strength profile not overwhelming on either end of the spectrum. Just a nice anytime of day smoke with coffee or whiskey! On top of which I like buying from equally yoked on values folks!
