Strong, full of smoke, slight nicotine bite, flavor accessible at light up, perfectly even burn (not one touch up needed), ash is not loose or flaky, arrived in the mail and smokable day one. “Complex” and “burn your fingers good” were a couple of reviews. “Complex” perfectly describes the flavor profile. I can’t pick out too many flavors well but I will say a few things. One, I enjoy habanos and there is habano note. Two, I get a light to mild pepper on the tongue. The cigar is balanced. It’s so well made when I pulled several times back to back there was a small run of leaf and when I set it down it corrected itself (I wish I recorded it). The flavors get slightly more accessible as you go into the second and final third. The retro is smooth and I get more of the habano note. Habanos always peak my interest and this one is well worth your time.
