The Sobremesa captures perhaps the most idealistic aspect of cigar smoking. The term ‘sobremesa’ has no direct translation, but it refers to the time families spend sitting around the table talking after dinner. For much of the world, sitting down to enjoy a cigar is the only time we sit down and do anything for very long anymore. Its an outstanding name for a good cigar, and the name is matched with profound flavor. The 1st-grade tobacco in this cigar gives off notes of oak, coffee bean, and cedar with some spice on the back end. It’s a top shelf cigar that typifies the blends of Steve Saka.

The Sobremesa Cervantes Fino is by far the best tasting cigar I have had so far, It is a very smooth, rich stick. that took me by surprise. The tobacco has a wonderful flavor, unlike any other. The pepper diminished quite quickly which was fine. By the time I was done, i was happy there wasn’t any more pepper because it would have masked the flavors. Will I buy this again? Most definitely! Steve Saka did an outstanding job with this cigar.

I fell in love with this stick instantly. Smooth all the way through. Relatively quick burn for its size. Great construction. Long ash. I will be buying a box of these to add to my collection. Has a strong potential to be my new “go to”everyday cigar.

The flavor of this cigar will bring me back to try again, with well developed espresso/mocha, charred wood, and a cedar overtone throughout. I have a few remaining, and I hope the rest have a better draw, this one was tighter than I prefer.
